Thank you for contacting Lombard Fitness.
Here’s how it works. First we set up a phone conversation to discuss your goals and health history. I run a series of cardiovascular, strength, balance, agility and flexibility tests to determine your fitness level and develop a program based on your test results. I also do body fat and measurements if you chose.
I offer in-home or apartment gym training ($85-$110) depending on location and time availability. I have 2 private studios in Fells Point and Canton where I offer Private sessions ($75-$95) and small group training ($45-$55).
