Military Triathlon!



Each year Lombard Fitness chooses a cause to give back to the community. This year we have chosen WOMEN of MILITARY! We will train together for a SPRINT TRIATHLON on OCTOBER 13. A Sprint Triathlon consists of a 750M swim, 16 mile bike, and 3.1 mile walk/run. I have chosen this triathlon because is it the last of the season, an easy to moderate course, and plenty of time to prepare. Training will be 8weeks of online workouts to be done at your own pace, a personalized weekly training schedule, optional One weeknight Boot camp at Patterson Park and weekend training events (meet at various locations throughout Maryland for bike rides and short practice walk/runs after). We will discuss as a group what days and times work well for everyone.
