Just a couple things to review:

  • Please bring your Groupon Voucher or I-phone app #.
  • If you do not see a time slot open and want to get started sooner, please contact me directly. I may have more options not listed on the site and other trainers that can assist you!
  • Meet at the couches at your designated time. If you arrive early, feel free to warm up on the cardio.¬†Because Synergy is a private personal training studio and I travel between locations, there may not be anyone at the studio if you arrive early. If the door is open, feel free to warm up on the cardio and meet at the couch at your time.
  • We have cubbies and showers if needed
  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours or will result in a forfeited session
  • More than 15 minutes late will also result in a forfeited session

Take time to think about what you really want to get out of the sessions. Here are suggestions: Kick start you back into fitness, educate yourself on what exercises work the best for your body, change up your current program if you are getting bored, learn an easy program to take back to your gym, create a total body workout that you can do at home or a park with minimal equipment, learn form and technique to prevent injury and maximize results, increase flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, get ready for an event or sport specific training!

Frequently asked questions:

  • North Point is preferred location with most flexibility and ample free street parking. Sacramento/Polk St are meters
  • Polk St location: look for the black rod iron doorway and go down the stairs below GNC
  • Cubbies are available at all locations. Lockers are usually available (bring lock)
  • Both appointments will be working out so dress accordingly
