Here is how it works:

You have selected either 2 or 4 one on one personal training sessions. We will first have a call to discuss your individual fitness goals, past injuries/limitations and how you would like to use the sessions. Options range from: “I am getting back into shape and would like a routine so I don’t hurt myself”, “I am bored with my current program and would like some exercises to excel my results”,  Here are my problem areas: HELP!” I travel for work and would like some exercises to do at home or when I travel using some inexpensive resistant bands”.

We can meet at Patterson Park where I bring the equipment, if you have a apartment gym (The Domain), or meet at one of my private personal training studio locations: Canton or Fells Point depending on your availability.
